exact time for implementation

hai all

as per my knowledge there is no specific period to finish any kind of project in sap. say for example in Nestle for the last seven years the project has been into implementaion as it has been spread into more than 137 countries

recently one implementing company has finished the project in 7 days

so the duration of the period depends on company size

Now my question

how much of percent of time will we allot to prepare for the document

is it 10 -30 percent of time or mor or less

any body plz

depends upon the consultants efficiency

and project size and the scenarios given by clients

that depends upon SLA and efficiency of the consultants and client requirements and their co-operation

here we know one thing most of the key /core users are not co-operation properly, as a consultant this is challenging to us
