SAP UI5 Debugger for Web IDE personal edition und designer tools

Hello!

I have a question about debugger for SAP Web IDE personal edition. What tools can I use that I could better with code working?

And one more question about CSS and Designer tools. How can I make style for my application? For example for table or any button. Should I with CSS work or can I use some extra tools?

I didn't find much about Table layout for example...

Debugging Web IDE Personal Edition can be done via Chrome Development Tools.
