My company is working with SAP Hybris and the SAP Datahub. We are sending IDocs via a HTTP connection to our Datahub Server which then process the IDocs and imports them into Hybris. I set up everything via a documentation in SM59 to maintain a HTTP connection to a external system. I have to say I never worked with such a connection before. But the connection is working properly and sending one customer is working fine.
I am facing current issue. As I wanted to try to start a initial upload of customer from SAP to Datahub via BD12, I select around 1000 - 1500 customer, the report requires a very long time to process all the customers being sent to Datahub which then also results that it runs into the TIME_OUT dump. If I tried running it via the background it exceeded a runtime of over 10 hours.
What I found was in self analysis, via WE02, after 50 DEBMAS are created successfully no DEBMAS are being created anymore. In SM50 i see that the transaction runs approximately 500 seconds before sending again 50 DEBMAS IDocs and the reports is reset to 0 seconds.
It seems some sort of bottleneck exist but I couldn't find any documentation or any similar issue within the community. I tried checking transaction like SICF, SMICM, SM58, SMQ1, SMQ2 but none of those mention transaction could offer any help.
Does any one of you ever had such similar problems with HTTP IDoc connections?
