Printing option for email in C4C

Hi All,

Our customer requirement is to print the emails that are received for a Service ticket. I could not find any option in the standard.

Can someone please advice on this.

    You Can try around with ticket Summary functionality and customize the form template available to keep the required section Notes and print.
