    Dear narasimha

Collective billing is carried out in the background. Documents are combined wherever possible. After billing, the system returns to the selection list.

For example, a customer is placing an order on you and asking to ship to multiple places (which means the ship to party is many). He also says that he want one invoice for all those multiple deliveries. In that case, you can run this collective billing.

The criterias to create one billing against multiple deliveries are the following should be same in all sale orders.

    1) Payer

    2) Inco and Payment terms

    3) Shipping condition in customer master

    4) Exchange rate at header level
