Sales order to delivery

Hi All,

Can we create one delivery for the two sales order.Measn can it be possible to cretae a delivery by combining two sales order? If yes how can it be possible?

Note: Sold-to-party is same in both the sales order.

system will display list of delivery due list, select all orders click on collective delivery option. save it

another one goto VL10A Tcode for group delivery

U can use VL10A for Grp Dlvry for Sales Orders....

Yes it is possible if the ship to party is same in both the sale orders. Select VL10C, give shipping point and select "Sale Orders" tab. Here give the sale order references in "Sales Document" and execute.

Now you will have a screen to select the sale orders. Press your mouse on the white box of the respective sale orders and click on "Background". At the bottom you will see an information, "See log for information about creating deliveries". Now press +"Shift + F4"+ so that a data will be displayed in the system. Place your mouse on the data and press "Documents" so that it will give a delivery reference. Make a note of it and go to VL02N, give the delivery reference and post goods issue.

yes. you can create one delivery for more sales order.

to combine the delivery theseb are should be same.

1) same shipping point

2) same incoterms

3) same route

4) same ship-to-party

5) same sold to party.

6) Payment terms

Goto vl01n> specify one order no > enter > collective processing delivery creation menu bar > specify other order no > now u can create
