Dear Experts,

We have a process chain which run in the night. Client needs the mail alert or a mobile alert from the server telling him the completion of the load.

When I try creating a message it is not sendig the mails.

Also suggest me the ways how I can send the mobile alerts.

Are there any settings to be setup?

Thanks in advance.

Pavani..

Hi,

Please check so00 transaction to send mails from your server. If the mails are not been sent. Go to SCOT transaction and check if u can see the SMTP server been connected to your server or not.

We may not be having the rights to view the above T codes. Ask your Basis to give the SMTP connection if there is no connection.

This will solve you to send the email alerts.

For the mobile alerts, U may have to make use of the third party vendors for the SMS.

Hope it finds you very helpful.

Regards,

Kishore.

Hi

Design your process chain message alert such that if every thing goes correctly message alert as Data loaded sucessfully and load fails mesage as data load failed.

In the mailing list u can add ur mail id also and u can keep moniter the load.
