Trigger batch determination in delivery via custom program

Hi,

we want to have an automatic batch determination executed if a delivery meets certain criteria only (eg. specific shipping point, specific material).

As I can not activate automatic batch determination in config (because you can only do that per item category), I'm looking for a user exit / modification to tell the system in special cases to trigger the automatic batch determination during delivery creation.

Any Ideas?
