As a debt collector, how do I integrate SAP file submissions into FACS?

I work for a debt collection agency. We frequently receive file submissions from SAP. I would like to make a standard interface for us to better connect the fields between SAP and FACS (our system).

Hope any one of below might give you an idea :

1) Check whether you can get FACS software compatible format of "Data" (i.e Ageing Reports etc) from SAP running client to upload or check if your FACS package technical team can upload whichever possible data format provided by SAP running client.

2) Standard interface you are talking about requires - Connections between applications/systems to exchange data. (Since systems i.e FACS & SAP owned by separate companies, as you already know it require approvals etc)

3) Discuss with your FACS Technical/Database expert, your requirement may get further simplified.

In these kind of projects, real time data exchange boosts productivity many folds.
