Depreciation on the basis of Invoice Date

Dear Experts,

We have requirement in SAP Business ByDesign that system should able to calculate Depreciation on the basis of Invoice Date (not on the basis of Posting Date).

Could you please let us know how to achieve this?

Hi Sujeet,

Can you please provide more details about the business scenario？

You mean capitalization?

For depreciation, user just execute the depreciation and journal entry is generated with the posting date given in the manual depreciation or as the last date of the period which depreciation run is executed for.
