Error in Eclipse ADT while creating package

When I was trying to create package under 'project explorer' in 'System library', I'm getting error of java as 'java.lang.NullPointerException'. Please find attached documents.

Could you please resolve this issue?

We can see in the attached screen shot that Package option is not coming while creating package.
