Getting application Name

I have PCD path of portal page. Can I get application path(the full path with project path and application name) of the application that portal page is holding?

Thanks for reply. But link is not useful for me. I have to extract Application path from PCD path. After getting Application path only, I will be able to use WDURLGenerator.
