Backup with brbackup and rman to disk

I want to do a backup with brbackup and rman to a local accessible disk.
I want to be able to have incremental backups and smaller size on one hand ( therefore rman), as also be able to use brtools for resotre/recovery in case of emergency.
Standard backup in my environment is rman_util.
I want to use this out-of-normal-order Backup to ship it for a system-copy.

So I try:
backup_mode=full | incr
backup_root_dir=<path to backup>

Is that correct ?
What do I have to set for rman_parms ?
Can I then restore with brtools from different target-Locations ( i.e. restore full from rman_disk, then incremental from rman_util via backint) ?

Thank you for advice in advance.
