SAP Error VL732 in Outbound delivery Vl02N

In VL02N when i want to delete outbound delivery in header (Shift+F2) i get message "VL732 Unforeseen split when creating delivery" I read in many forums about that error but nothing help. I can not delete delivery. What can be wrong in delivery or is any SAP package that repair this issue. I use SAP ERP 730 version.

You did not mention if you searched for SAP notes by using the error message as criterion. There are not many - I see only 12 results.

While what the notes may not be an exact match for your scenario - does any of the described cases sound familiar?

Do you have some custom process which creates or updates inbound deliveries when you change outbound ones?

This would be the first thing that I would check if I unexpectedly encounter such message if the company does not use standard SPM cross-docking.

If you have some custom logic triggering inbound delivery creation out of outbound - it may be a good idea to review the project documentation and ask a developer to assist you in troubleshooting.

Out of curiosity and assuming that you can reproduce the case in a test system - what happens when you try to reduce the quantity of the last item?

Hi Veselina,

I already check many forums. I not get so familiar cases. I test again. In case that i create delivery from sales order and save it and then delete items i can delete entire delivery.

In case that i also post good issue on delivery and after that reverse it with VL09 it is not possible to delete any item. I get this message VL732. I have packaging of goods and i unpack them before delete items. It is strange like something is incostency in delivery. I send exactly case. I reverse delivery, unpack HU and delete item 20. When i want save delivery i get that message. This tells more?

Your test result makes me think that you may have indeed something like cross-docking.

For this specific note - yes, it means a problem with a standard program and it requires importing code corrections.

However, this is about a certain output - do you use it at all?

In another project (a completely unrelated development) when we had to handle document deletion we did not use output to trigger subsequent actions.

hi, no this is not problem. i use different materials that are all ok. need to be other problem.
