Hello,
I was able to successfully install S4 HANA 1709 using the SAP Cloud Appliance Library. However I am unable to login using the User ID S4HADM and DDIC and SAP*. Also not sure what shall be the password and when I try using the password which I created during the setup it doesnt work. I tried the same with user S4HADM and DDIC and SAP* but nothing worked.
What am I doing wrong ? What is the Master Password or is there a way to change / reset the password ? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Regards,
Sumit

Hello Sumit,
You may check our Troubleshooting Guide (there is a step3 how to check your Master password)
https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/SAPCAL/SAP+Cloud+Appliance+Library+-+Troubleshooting
Could you give us little bit more information for the issue you face and the steps how to reproduce it.
Thanks
Aleksandar
Hi Kremena,
I did go through the Getting Started Guide and used the User ID's listed eg. SAPADM etc, but that too didn't work with the password which I setup during the creation of Cloud Appliance Library with AWS account.
I need to access the SAP Easy Access screen. Could you please help where I am going wrong.
Regards,
Sumit
