Passing Parameters from ABAP CDS View to BW

Hello!

I have an S/4 system and a seperate BW instance (not the embedded BW).

I have created an ABAP CDS View in S/4 based on the SAP delivered view: I_Glacctbalancecube.

I want to create a BW DataSource on top of this (and then an Open ODS View -> Query) but I am unsure how to pass the input parameters (P_FromPostingDate, P_ToPostingDate) to BW.

Can someone please help?

Hi Mark,

I have the same issue although ended up just using the view IFIGLACCTLIT and aggregating in my aDSO to the level I wanted.

It would be nice to be able to use the I_Glacctbalancecube view as it is enabled but I also couldnt get past the parameters as it wouldnt accept a data as an input.

Be interested to know if you or anyone else managed to make this work though
