Asset expired life

HI EXPERTS,

Please guide me configuration step in asset by which assets expired useful life is automatically configured.

Hi,

Mnay times when you are runnib\ng BDC system doesnot calculate life or calculate life till start of the financial year. In this situation it is advisable to run a separate bdc for recording expired life through the BDC.

You dont have to do anything at all. The system will calculate the expired useful life automatically based on the Cap date and the current year.

T.Code OAYZ If you maintain the useful life in this T.Code then automatically system proposes as per the asset class.

I dont want to maintain any hypothetical figure i want system to calculate years automatically. Where I need to configure for this.
