I have a brand new install of a newly purchased Crystal Reports 2016. Local reporting works fine but when I try to connect to a Crystal Reports Server I get
Transport error: Communciation failure.(FWM 00001) .
Other users can connect to the server from CR without issue and I can access the BOE and CMC via browser.
SAP will not provide installation support for a standalone CR purchase without asking me to pay for a ticket.
