Hi All,
We are working with Analysis for Microsoft Office (AFO Excel), and we have noticed that there is generated in the background a cache file named UsageDataCommands.txt, which causes the following performance issues, every time it gets 10 megabytes of size:
If we delete that file manually (UsageDataCommands.txt) , AFO works properly again.
We wonder to know if there is any way to clean/refresh/delete/maintain that file automatically, in order to prevent performance issues in future.
Many thanks in advance for your help,
Regards,
Hello Jose - I updated your tag to Analysis Office.
First, please consider upgrading to Analysis Office 2.6, released just this month. See https://blogs.sap.com/2017/11/20/asug-webcast-whats-new-in-analysis-office-2.6-recap/ and review the What's New documentation https://help.sap.com/viewer/7dc219dcd5ac483682a57e1cf9f2369c/2.6.0.0/en-US/c5983dd62dd44a98a0be3f2b2...
There are more settings for you to manage
If that doesn't help, please share version/SP of Analysis Office that you are using.
