Condition on Characterisitics

I know that we can create CONDITIONS on Key figures. Is there some thing similiar to create on Characteristics?

In my scenario, I have a BEx query for Sales Quote where I need to add the Condition or filter like if the Sales Quote is converted to Sales Order, don't display the Line Item of the Sales Quote or Sales Order.

Points will be awarded.

    Hi dante,

Conditions in Query u can apply for Characteristics only not K.fig.

This special feature in BEX designer facilitates u to find set filter (conditional stmt) on the characterstics and the facts(K.figs) values will be displayed based on this cond.

For Eg: If u view the reports for the top 5 and bottom 5 customers , u can create a condition on Customer(Chars).

In ur scenario u can create condtion on Sales order.

    Hi

Do you have any field as indicator - to identify whether the sales quote is converted to sales order or not. If yes you can do it with 'Selection & Ristriction'. But condition is not possible.

Also you can create custom field & specify this logic in update rule for that field by using formula.Use this field in your report.
