Default cost center for maintenance order for 3 locations

Gents,

I have received an requirement from Fleet department to set default cost center in settlement rule for maintenance order's, Got understood that it's possible via custom enhancement under user exit IWO10027& IWO10009.

But my query is we have 3 different work locations (basically different work center & planner group), So location wise we have different cost centers to be picked in PM orders. whereas same order types are used in 3 locations.

Example:Order Type: ZPM01 (created in 3 locations).

Location 1 CC: 123240, Location 2 CC: 552310, Location 3 CC: 123290.

My understanding: Each fleet is maintained with default cost center (3 locations has 3 different cost centers), So would it be better to put a conditional/check in ABAP with Fleet CC to default cost center.

Any suggestions to handle these please.
