Hello,

I want to use 2lis_02_hdr in order to get purchasing documents with types K (K = contracts) with linked vendors.

But in RSA3, all contracts are not extracted. I have just 4 contracts, but more than 1000 are existing.

Do you know why thios datasource doens't get all contracts ?

And hwo to get all contracts with this datasource ?

Thanks for help.

Hi Vince,

Did you fill the setup tables recently before you tested the extractor?

Hope it helps.

I looked the EKKO table and it contains more than 1000 contracts (BSART = K).

With 2LIS_02_HDR, only 4 contracts appears.

Hi Vince,

You are dealing with an LO datasource and need to fill the setup tables in order to test the extractor with a full load from i.e. the extractor checker. This extractor does not extract directly from i.e. EKKO.

Transaction to fill setup tables for application 2 is OLI3BW.

Hope it helps.

Stefan,

I read some threads about setup tables.

I don't understand why the setup table is not goof filled ?

And when I have to fill anew setup table ?

Each time i delete an "init" (infopackage) in BW, i have again to fill setup tables ?

And If this extractor (2LIS_02_HDR) provides datas about purchasing documents, I d'on't why the EKKO table would not contain good datas, even if extractor is not directly based on this table? Because EKKO contains all purchasing documents, doesn't it ? So I don't understand this last point too.

Can you explain me clearly this points please ?

Hi Vince,

And when I have to fill anew setup table ?

Depends, but is often only done once (in production) right before you init the delta.

Each time i delete an "init" (infopackage) in BW, i have again to fill setup tables ?

The setup tables will remain the same as the moment you filled them. But if you want to reinit the delta (in case you deleted the data in the infoprovider) you will have to refill the setup tables or you will loose all the records that were transported from the delta queue after the init.

And If this extractor (2LIS_02_HDR) provides datas about purchasing documents, I d'on't why the EKKO table would not contain good datas, even if extractor is not directly based on this table? Because EKKO contains all purchasing documents, doesn't it ? So I don't understand this last point too.

The extractor does not extract any data directly from the procurement tables like i.e. EKKO. It extracts data from the setup tables or the delta queues. The setup tables are in this case filled from tables like i.e. EKKO.

Hope it helps.
