REST adapter : synchronize interface problem

Hello folks,

I'm just recently get into PI and very novice about it. I have a task where need to use the REST adapter service and I'm not able to configure it well, i have read most of the forum but seems not quite same with my scenario.

Vendor connect to our DMZ PI webservice to retrieve employee detail from our internal SAP HR system. both sender and receiver is on the REST adapter.

This is the URL that I provided to vendor is PI DMZ:

and when i tested using SOAPUI with the REST project, I'm not able to receive any response.

any help is very appreciate.

Hello Priyanka,

Apologize for being away for quite sometime.. Yes, the issue still persist. Is the REST to REST interface.

When i test the connection using SOAP UI, the connection is successful call to PI. but when i put in the parameter at the URL, it will return null value.

here is my setting, hopefully got some hint from you

I have this error to upload my gif file "This attachment is not permitted because the file type is invalid." do you have any idea how should i attached my screenshot ?

Can you provide more details like what scenario you configured and processing mode etc.

Is it REST to REST? Provide the channel configuration to check. Also, when you are testing from SOAP UI, check if you are getting any message or error in REST sender communication channel.
