Analysis for Office 2.5.2 not connecting to system

Hi Experts,

We have installed S/4HANA 1709 and Analysis for Office 2.5 SP2 Patch 1 (32 bit ).

System configuration : AMD A6 / WIN 10 (64 bit) / 500 GB HDD / 8 GB RAM / MS Office (32 bit)

In Analysis for Office we are not able to connect to the back-end system. When the user enters the credentials the add-in goes to "Not Responding" state and then we have to kill MS Excel from task manager to try opening Analysis for Office again.

We have restarted the system multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the plug-in and still no luck.

It would be great if you could provide some help on this.
