Hello ,
Our CRM and R/3 systems are synchronized "one way" R3=>CRM.
Now we have a requirement to establish CRM=>R/3 connection in order to upload "prospects" from CRM to R/3.
I've performed all steps according to SAP best practice document.
I create a new prospective customer in CRM and I can see green B-doc type "bupa_main" was created, but customer was not created in ERP system. I checked both inbound and outbound queues in both system and there are no problems.
How can I monitor what happened?
Thank you very much,
Rika
Hi Rika Mershon,
1. Check PIDE settings in R/3.
There you have to map the prospects with the respective R/3 account groups.
2. In CRM go to transaction SMOEAC and check wether the R/3 site is subscribed for the publication 'All Business Partners'.
I hope this information helps you.

Thank you very much,
I cheked PIDE and found that I have mapped B classification only , it means that only prospective customer can be replicated - so when I've added prospective role to BP every thing works fine.

Hi,
Logically " Prospects" are in CRM system on which you can do marketing activities to convert them in to a "customer"
Prospect Business partner does not have "sales Area" .
And in R/3 for creation of Sales order document , sales area is required.
So when a "prospect" gives a "sales order " , its "classification " is changed from "prospect" to "customer" ( on "classification " tab page of Business partner master ") using some function module and then when it is replicated to R/3 , as a "customer ", then sales order in R/3 can be created.
regards,
PD
