counter question: What is NEW?
Is the new SAP just new for you and exists already longer, e.g. you were bought by another company and migrate now into their system?
Or is new really a brand new SAP system fresh delivered?
I have never seen such movements in my system and have not yet see any OSS note or community question on those movements, from this point of view and because of the fact that many customers create their own movements with the 9* numbers I would assume it is homemade.
But as I am not yet in S4 I can't tell for sure if SAP doesn't have new processes with such movement types.
