server node 7066450 is not accessible;metadata cannot be shown or manipulated

Hi

We are working on migration project from PI7.0 to PO7.5 , we have scenario from file to idoc , while sending idoc to ECC , we are getting below error

Error : server node 7066450 is not accessible;metadata cannot be shown or manipulated

Meta data could not be preloaded.

It is a bit late but I got this link after searching the same issue.

As per note 2678134 - IDOC Metada monitor cannot load data, is a missed authorization on the user.

Cause

An authorization object was missing in the user.

Resolution

Adding the S_RFCACL authorization object resolved this issue.
