Hi,

Do you mean to say that now you have 7 new company codes in R/3 ??

In such a case your Org. Structure in SRM should also have 7 co.codes.

You can replicate plants/Vendors/ materials etc from R/3 to SRM of a single company code as your co.code in SRM is linked to only one co.code in R/3.

In case you want to replicate all those vendors, plants etc that belong to different co.codes then you should have different co.codes in SRM as well.

Hope this makes you more clear and helps in understanding the issue better. Clarifications are welcome.

Hi,

What do you mean by changes made to company code ??

The changes that were made to plants and vendors can be replicated to SRM.

In reference to the changes made to plants use report (using SA38 txn.) BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_ALL or GET_SELECTED to replicate the updated plants.

As far as updating vendors are concerned you can use BBPUPDVD txn to update vendors or you can run a background job to effect the changes automatically in SRM using programme BBP_VENDOR_GET_UPDATE_JOB.

Also refer below SDN thhread to get a clear picture on this issue.

Hope this makes you more clear and helps in resolving your issues.

Clarifications are welcome.
