srm supplier form

Hi I need an urgent help from the gurus

I have an srm 4.0 version system.In that the supplier form is 2 long so I need to break it into 3 different forms how do I do it?

do you want to break the BSP Service ros_self_reg into different parts or the questionnaire (e.g. sent to suppliers after the initial registration on the webpage?
