PB17 docking issue

Hi everyone,
Window type is developed using mdidockhelp! from the Power Builder 2017.
One issue was encountered.

While closing, the shortcutkey will work well until you close the window, but once you close the window, you won't notice any shortcutkey recognition.

If the short-cut key is being handled by the menu attached to the frame, then your scenario would be the case as the current menu is not designed to intercept that key sequence. Closing the window open in the frame reverts the menu either back to another active sheet for the frame where the short-cut key sequence is known.

The other scenario is that another window is designed to intercept the KEY event whereas the current window is not. Closing the current window reset's the window focus back to an instance that does handle the key event. Either way, I suspect that these possible scenarios would also be the case in PB 12.6.
