We created a workset with several iViews delta linked to it that shows in the Detailed Navigation as a folder. We a user clicks on the folder name, the folder opens but the only thing that is displayed is "Loading...". The list of iViews that should display never does. However, if you expand the folder by clicking the arrown to the left of the folder, it opens and does show all the iViews.
This workset is being merged with other worksets in other roles.
Any idea how to fix this?
Environment:
EP 7.0 SP11
Linux
Oracle DB
Please make sure that the iView you are adding to the Folder/Workset/Role are correct and check it with previewing it.
Then make the default iView (Which one you wnat to open when u click on the folder) as an default iView for the folder by setting "Default Entry for Folder" to true.
Its like a home page for the Folder.
If you want to make the iView hidden in the navigation area and show the folder name it self then you can make the iView as "Hidden in navigation area" property to true.
Follow up these process to make your navigation structure

Hi,
Goto Content administration, there Navigate to
portal content ->portal users -> standard portal users -> default framework page -> desktop inner page -> detailed navigation
Here select property category to Navigation and set the porperty
1) launch at first node to true.
and
2) Open Folder when Launched property to True.
If you are using Content Provided by Sap as default frame work page then use the below mentioned Navigation.
Portal content -> Content Provide by SAP -> End user content -> Standard portal users -> Default framework page -> desktop inner page -> detailed navigation
please reward points if the information provided is helpful to you

I have set the parameter Clicking Folder Name Launches First Node = true, no effect. I set the parameter Clicking Folder Name Launches First Node = false, no effect. I know that I changed the correct Detailed Navigation iView because changes to other parameters, like Enable Text Wrapping in Detailed Navigation do have an effect.
Ad for the parameter Open Folder when Launched, it does not exist for the Detailed Navigation iView, at least for the version that we have. What version are your running?
All of the other suggestions where the first things I checked. All iViews under the folder work, and the first iView in the list has the parameter Detailed Navigation iView = Yes.
Check with the entry points.
Assign Entry point as yes to one iview under the workset and try again.
