Dear BW experts,
In my company SAP systems' administration is outsourced. In order to assess performance of SAP systems SLA contains a clause defining a threshold for average response time (ms) of DIALOG type processes taken monthly from transaction ST03. This metric seems adequate to most OLTP systems such as ERP, CRM, SRM and so on. However we are not sure that this metric only can reflect performance status of a BW system. This kind of system is heavily loaded at night due to processing data loads, which affects DIA, BTC and RFC process types mainly.
I would like to hear from BW experts about which metrics should be considered to assess a BW environment on a performance point of view.
