unable to record my TBOM scripts due to "E2E_TESTING_AGENT_UTRACE_ON" in Solution Management


We keep getting this issue whenever we record TBOM scripts in Solution Management. The error message "E2E_TESTING_AGENT_UTRACE_ON: Trace for user XXXXXXXX is already active" keeps showing up. But when we clear out all the trace for the other box PSG is connecting to, it still displays the trace ON issue. Anyone have any ideas?
