Dear Experts
I have the following problem in the CRM And we are using 4.O version
The issue is related to CRM and MS Outlook integration
The notifications saved into CRM (e.g. ending contract, meeting) do not transfer into Outlook.There should be an alert in Outlook always, but there isn't any alert from the few days.
The queues of type ISP_D*, which process inbound groupware messages to the groupware adapter, are struck with "sysfail" status. with an message "MAP BOX exception raised"
Other than this every this seems to be ok. I have checked the following things in middleware.
The queues of type ISP_D* are registered under the Queue IN scheduler.
The queues of type CRI* are registered under the Queue IN scheduler.
I request you people to provide your valuable suggestion on this. Reward points will be 100% for the appropriate solution.

Generally Alert mails on your Ms out look when intigrated with CRM server,
1.most of the times problems occurs from MS out look side configuration for that you need to take the help of Help desk to reconfigure your MS out look.
2. If not Check for your system's GUI settings whther allwing the data or transfer of data from crm out look is hapenning properly or not.
3.check for CRM server settings when connected to Legacy systems.
4. check for middleware problems like Physcial disconnection of Adapters and plugins between crm server and your system
5. check for LSMW data migration or flow.
6.Lastly User interface and configuration settings in SAP CRM 4.0
definately one of the above will be the Problem for not transfering the data , if data transfer won't happen Alert mails won't come very rarely but chance of data base setting problems, try it .

Have u done post installation check for mapbox installation as mentioned on the installation guide?
