Notifications saved into CRM(ending contract,) do not transfer into outlook

Dear Experts

I have the following problem in the CRM And we are using 4.O version

The issue is related to CRM and MS Outlook integration

The notifications saved into CRM (e.g. ending contract, meeting) do not transfer into Outlook.There should be an alert in Outlook always, but there isn't any alert from the few days.

The queues of type ISP_D*, which process inbound groupware messages to the groupware adapter, are struck with "sysfail" status. with an message "MAP BOX exception raised"

Other than this every this seems to be ok. I have checked the following things in middleware.

The queues of type ISP_D* are registered under the Queue IN scheduler.

The queues of type CRI* are registered under the Queue IN scheduler.

I request you people to provide your valuable suggestion on this. Reward points will be 100% for the appropriate solution.
