MDO is not being saved saying Attribute has no name. What is the solution?

I am facing some MDO related issue like when I am going to create a table....giving attributes names..but its not being saved. Its asking for "ATTRIBUTES HAS NO NAME"...and also showing a pop up box where its written that "you don't have permission to access service scheduler".... I have not given any Custom data-set name .
