SAP PI - Concur SFTP Encryption

Hello Everyone,

We facing issue with testing the SFTP file transfer with encryption for Concur. We are able to encrypt the file and send it successfully through PI to Concur. We are using their public key to encrypt the file but Concur is unable to decrypt the file.

If anyone else had faced similar issue while processing files with Concur, please do help us here. We have been using PGP encryption/decryption with SAP PI for over many years and none of the other vendors have had any issue.

Help is much appreciated.

Regards,

Sarvesh

    Hi Sarvesh,

We use SAP PO for Concur integration and we have never had an issue with PGP encryption. We have had our integration since at least 2008 (including some older application versions) and have always been able to encrypt files with their public key successfully and that includes the Seeburger PGP stuff previous to security add-on.

    Hello Ryan,

Thank you for your reply. We have been using PGP encryption for other vendors successfully and even for Concur, the encryption is sucessful but they are unable to decrypt the file.

Was there something different you did for Concur related files or used the same generic PGP module in SFTP channel?

    Regards,

    Sarvesh

    • Hi Sarvesh,

We haven't done anything out of the ordinary for our settings with regard to Concur - all PGP scenarios are very similar.
