Error while logging in B1

Hi when i am logging in to SAP b1 some times it gives the error and B1 automatically shutdowns.

This the error description

Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION

Fault address: 01A4CEE0 0001:0164BEE0 C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One\SAP Business One.exe

I am using SAP business one 2005Band SP00 with PL35.

Dear ,

Please kindly check whether the following information could solve your issue or not.

1, Stopped antivirus software and restarted again.

2, Whether the server or PC on which the license

server is installed has more than one network card,, if yes, please remove one and check again.(Note:1135705)

Another point we noticed from your question is the crash happens on 2005BPL35,

so we suspect that is perhaps because there is something wrong with the patch, to exclude this, the best way we would like to suggest you to do is to upgrade to the latest patch

(e.g. 2005BPL40) as some crash issues has been fixed on this patch.

Hello Praveen,

The scenario you described might be caused by problematic installation of Business One client, so it is suggest to uninstall Business One client from the PC then reinstall it.
