How to set default printer in Tcode CO01

Dear all,

When executing CO01 to create Production Order, I see that the default printer is $P542 ..., but this printer is not exist. I can change another printer, but could I set this field default ?

I would also like to change default printer per user for production order cO02.

Hi

Please use transaction OPK8 and maintain the entries for User names/Plant maintain the Printer specification

Hi,

Use T.Code: SPAD and set the spool access method.

Check which operating system is there? If unix , then enter “L” or if Window operating system, then use “C” as spool access method.

Better consult your Basis Consultant.
