In Management console ---> Administrator --> click on your repository in which the job is present ---> click on batch job configuration tab ---->here you will see the jobs and Execute option to execute the job.
in DEV enviroment you will have access to designer, you can develop the jobs in designer and you can execute jobs from designer. But when your code is migrated from DEV to next eniviroments like QA,UAT and PROD you will not be having access to Designer and you are not allowed to make changes directly in other enviroments except DEV. So when you want to execute any job in QA,UAT and PROD we will use management console to execute the job.
