SAP omits preceding zeros in VB11/VB12

Hi,

While working on VB11/VB12, SAP omits the preceding ZEROs of a Material. For example, if we enter the Material No as 01234, it accepts as 1234. The problem here is that when a company actually has both 01234 and 1234 Materials exists but both are basically different.

This is due to Lexicographical setting.

Please check the config in OMSL and change according to your client's requirement.

wouldn't it then effect also the display of the material master in MM03?
