Sales Org in C4C Account gets overritten when change in ECC is performed

we have integrated our C4C solution with SAP ERP using the prepackaged contents and SAP PO 7.5.

As of our customers' requirements, we have the situation that not all sales data maintained on accounts in C4C is available in ECC. Hence updating the account in ECC will delete this sales data in C4C.

To overcome this issue, we have created a custom message mapping for the direction from ECC to C4C which orientates on the custom mapping proposed in the following post:

The mapping looks like this:

1. Duplicated the sub tree SalesArrangement

2. Map constant 06 as action code

3. Set constant value FWUS with Division and Distribution Channel

4. Set Constant values to all fields which had the mapping function 'MapWithDefault' in the standard mapping of C4C to not miss any mandatory fields

When testing, the incoming payload looks like this:

Furthermore, we have done the ID mapping accordingly:

However, the message is processed with errors in C4C:

Do we miss something? The Sales Org FW is available and active in C4C with correct division and distribution channel.

    Could you please try and check setting salesArrangementListCompleteTransmissionIndicator as constant false for mapping object ERP_COD_BusinessPartnerERPBulkReplicateRequest.
