Validity table issue for some plants after BW inventory reload

Hello Gurus,

I have an Inventory related issue.

I have done a complete Inventory reload for BW (BW 7.3) on 02.12.2017. But, later the user was saying that they are not seeing some PLANTS in the report.

I checked the validity table and could find that the VALID TO date for this plant is 02.12.2017 (date of filling the set up table).

When i check the report, the report is showing this PLANT only till 02.12.2017, after that its not showing report. I think the report is checking with the validity table for the validity of the plant.

I know that the Validity table is getting filled by the BF data source. I believe that the VALID TO date for this plant is not updated since no postings happened after that?

But when the user runs the report, it has the DATE range variable, which is default set to Today and Yesterday. So, when the user executed it today (05.12.2017), report didnt show this field since its validity is only till 02.12.2017.

Am I logically correct? But shouldn't the report show this Plant also in the report even though no postings happened (Inflow/outflow as 0) ? Can we manually edit the validity table ?
