Hello,

Oracle RMAN backups can be tagged with 'tag command'. When backup is done via SAP db13 tcode, brbackup runs rman with command similar to this:

run { allocate channel dsk device type disk;
set nocfau;
backup as compressed backupset incremental level 0 filesperset 1 diskratio 0 keep until time 'sysdate+14' logs tag bexiheds check logical
datafile '/oracle/ES1/sapdata3/sr3_8/sr3.data8' format '/sapbackup/ES1/bexiheds/sr3.data8.S';
release channel dsk; }

It sets 'tag' to very inconvenient name 'bexiheds', however I would like it would look smth like 'RMAN_<backup_type>_<date>', e.g. 'RMAN_LVL0_3DEC2017'.

It would be very conveniet to locate needed backup via 'list backup summary;', for now it looks like:

Key TY LV S Device Type Completion Time #Pieces #Copies Compressed Tag
------- -- -- - ----------- -------------------- ------- ------- ---------- ---

Also is there a way to change directory where brbackup saves backup? it also has name same as tag:

/sapbackup/ES1/bexiheds

Thanks in advance
