how to archive production orders which are not settled similarly the orders are 10 yrs old

Dear Team ,

I am working on data archiving project the prodcution orders are having status CNF,DLV status but the orders are having variance(cost on the orders are not zero), kindly guide me to solve the issue

I would talk with your accountants about getting the orders to zero and then look at archiving - if the orders are 10 years old, they should be written off...my take only. Good luck

Actually the project is to archive the SAP PP archiving objects like PP_bkflush, PP_conf, PP_order, PP_plan, PP_wkc for the period of 01.01.2000 to 31.03.2011 - just providing you additional details which migh be helpful to us in solving the problem
