Hi,

Currently working on SAP BW 7.4 SP12 system we encountered an issue with “SAP HANA Processing possible” checkbox for few flows. The flows which had “SAP HANA Processing possible” enabled is not giving the right value for the Amount field. As a workaround, I disabled the checkbox for these flows which worked fine for the flow which has Source as Classic DSO. However, when both Source and the Target are ADSOs, I am encountering an issue. How does the checkbox work if both Source and Target are ADSOs? Cause when I try to load data, before and after results are not matching and is giving the wrong result. It worked fine when the Source was 'classic DSO' and Target was ADSO.

I tried looking for blogs regarding this and found none. Please suggest.

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Wrong results indicates a major problem. As long as the mappings and keys are defined correctly everything should be fine. HANA processing would just provide a performance boost.

When you implement some ABAP enhancements, HANA processing is disabled. Therefor as a workaround, you can create some field routines that won't change the result.
