Agent assignation

Hi frnds ,

This is a very simple problem but not sure how to resolev this .

I want to have my w/f as geeral task .

For this i go to the

agent assignment -> Maintain .

Now i try creating the agent assignment but evrytime it is saying me to position the cursor correctly . Dont know how to do it exactly

hmm im not sure if i understood correctly

you want to do an agent assignment on a general task ? => impossible

general tasks are for any users so you can't assign the task

for an assignment in workflow assign the step or change the general task to a kind of ....."forwarding" type

When i go to agnet assignment screen . i c 1 row as below . then i click on it and try to create my agent . But still its showing as place curcor in proper position .

I think you do not have the correct role to assign agent to the Workflow Template. Please check with the SU53 dump.

I think you need to place the cursor on the Task and then press the assign button.

Hi ,

I have tried placing the cursor in the task name and then gone to the menu bar

Agent assignment - create .

But still it is showing me the same mesage of place the cursor correctly . Infact i had tried placing the cursor to all the possible positions but i m not able to assign any agent .

Plz Help .
