Additional Data tab not showing data - CV01N

Hi,

We are facing issue during creation of Document thru tcode - CV01N....Additional Data tab is showing BUT it's screen not showing anything...see below screenshot....

What is the issue?????

i have noticed one thing that whenever Additional data showing Blank....object assignment to classes are also BLANK (showing in CL20N tcode)....see below screenshot....

Kindly suggest the possible reasons....

Hi,

in case that there is no class assigned to the document info record and there is no default class maintained in transaction DC10 for the document type the screen cannot show any data.

So you have to maintain a default class for the document type in DC10 or use the "Classification" button to add an existing class to the document.
