How to obtain externally accessible URL for my schema instance?

I have a 30-day trial account for SAP in the Cloud. From SYSTEM user, I've added a new user and that user has created a table and inserted a row.

Now, I want to test that a JDBC application on my PC can access this table via Type 4 driver. I have obtained SAP T4 driver, but the DB info shown in the catalog window (vsa2136191.nwtrial.od.sapbiz, instance 00) doesn't translate well to a JDBC connection URL - eclipse gets "unknown host for vsa2136191.nwtrial.od.sapbiz. How to find out the corresponding external url?

At this point, I've not installed the SAP Eclipse plugins. Didn't think that T4 access would need anything other than the driver.

    Hi David

If I have understood your requirement, you are trying to connect to HANA using JDBC connection locally. In such a case, you will only be able to connect by opening a db tunnel and then use the JDBC connection string obtained.

      Thank you, Gowthami!

From other research, I had tried using SAP Cloud Connector but setting that up went fine until specification of instance number 00 - which it did not allowed.

neo open-db-tunnel from a SAP SDK installation as you referenced did the trick.
