    hi praveen......

    try this out....

    create two seperate nodes for the dropdowns d1 and d2.

    bind n1 to d1 and n2 to d2.

    have two check boxes c1 and c2.

    in the wddomodify method,

    check which checkbox has been clicked and

    fill the corresponding node with the values.

    your drop down will be automatically filled.

    I dont know how much check box and dropdown i will be having .I am getting that value from a custom table.It can have 3 may be 5.That is the reason i am using row repeater. Is there anyway to take the index and set the index when settting the attribute for drop down?

    Values for the check box is coming from a custom table and so i cant have two nodes. Is it possible to set different value sets for different dropdown in row repeater.My problem is when i check the first check box the corresponding value fills the dropdown.After that when i cheks the second checkbox the correspondin value comes to the dropdown and the first dropdown also gets the same value which should not happen. First dropdown should have the first value itslef and the second dropdown should have different value.I am asking is it possible to get the index of the node and set the attribute value set for that particular dropdown?

    regards,

    Praveen

      hi praveen.....

      it is not possibel to have different set of values for different drop down boxes using the same node.... you can create teh node dynamically and bind it to the drop down dynamically.

      you can do dynamic creation using the method

      add_new_child_node() in if_wd_context_node_info.

    Problem solved. Instead of drop down my key i used dropdown by index and binded it with subnode of the main node and filled the datas using supply function. I am getting different set of values in the drop down in each row.
