How to send reminder notification

Hi Frnds ,

My reqrmnt is like if a contract is released then a notification should trigger saying " You received in your worklist a workitem to approve contract" -- so for this i created a workflow and send the notification based on the event trigered .

now i have to give another notification as a first reminder if the contract is not been approoved - Now how do i this . How will my workflow know that the contract is not yet aproved .

Also i have to send first and a final reminder for approval of my contract .

Hi,

Use Recursive deadline monitoring option and Send recursive mails upon reaching the deadline until the task is completed.

Hi Rohit,

For this type of funcionality you need to use the deadline montoring in your workflow

use Latest End, Requested Start, Requested End and Latest Start Functionality.
